collectivit\u00e9, permettant \u00e0 ses agents d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des conditions d\u2019existence, notamment via des prestations \u00e0 caract\u00e8re social, culturel ou de loisir. Seuls les travailleurs permanents peuvent disposer de ces avantages.<\/p><p>Le COS n\u2019est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 agir que sur les activit\u00e9s d\u2019ordre sociales, culturelles ou de loisir.<\/p><p>Le COS est une association. Il dispose donc d\u2019un bureau d\u00e9tenant le pouvoir d\u00e9cisionnel, ainsi qu\u2019un conseil d\u2019administration.
